Hiya - CD4 here - millionth time ttc

I used Evening Primrose Oil last month to increase EWCM - that is supposed to help and help regulate your cycles too. Oh, and a wise Cat told me to keep my legs in the air for about 20 minutes after to help the little spermies against gravity. Makes it more interesting for me if nothing else!

Good luck for this month!

Isn't evening primrose meant to be good for PMT too? Do you take it right through the month, and how much do you take if you don't mind me asking?

Thanks, I hope so too! Had Mirena before the pill, but when I was younger, used to have 22 day cycles. The coil regualated them up to about 27 days, but even when I was on the pill for the last few months I'd always get AF before I started the 7 day break so I'm expecting cycles that are on the short side....

Felt particularly manky with PMT this month - huge chocolate cravings which is very unusual for me - I'm usually a health freak (was so bad, I ate 10 cupcakes on Friday!!!).... am telling myself that my body knows I'm going to be pregnant soon and is sending yucky hormone surges through my system one last time before BFP - I'm an eternal optimist! Have also bought evening primrose oil now!

Woohoo lets all be very positive for april and help us all get our BFP's

I have quit smoking only day 3 so far so its early days but i'm determined to do everything to help my fertility and get my BFP asap!! I have loaded up on fruit after eating way too much chocolate around easter!!

I'm taking pregnacare now too....is anyone asking the OH to take Zinc tablets to strengthen there little men?

The first week is so boring in TTC when you have your AF and just waiting around for a new month of TTC

i'll be looking out for EWCM this month as i didnt see any last month other than right after my AF and so i think my cycle was confused last month LOL
xx

I took it up until O day, I didn't want it to have affect me if I was pregnant, I don't know if it can or not, but I was being safe. I got some capsules from Tesco, 700mg EPO and Starflower Oil. It did seem to help with pmt too.
