"Asking the OH"? If only it would be that simple! I need to pour them out of the box and hand them to him and then wait to make sure he swallows them! He's on Vitamin C and 2 multivitamin pills a day which are supposed to contain the needed Zinc and so on.

I'm on something called Femibion which is supposed to be Metafolin and DHA and are suitable for pregnant women as well.

LOL - Cooli might have to buy some vitamins for OH although he is quite a healthy chap lol

Dont you find this is soooo boring waiting for the next week to pass when you wanna start seeing signs of Ovulated lol

I haven't heard any evidence to suggest you can't be POAS on OPK sticks meanwhile....

I bought some zinc for my OH; he cracks me up! He leaps across the room shouting 'Bionic Sperm!' when he takes them, towel around his shoulders like Superman - LOL!

How long have you been ttc?

we have been ttc for 4 months - had 2 early mc in that time though...feel like i am going insane already. I know it can take a while (took us 2 years to get pregnant with our son) but i just think that at my age (34 soon) i haven't got 2 years to be waiting.
how about you?
I am going to hospital this month to find out why I keep having these early mc - so fingers crossed i get some answers soon.

I'm trying so hard to quit....used to smoke 20 a day, then cut to smoking 1 or none and just when i was drinking.....so hard i trying to quit properly saturday but saw my mate last night that smokes and had a few....i need willpower big time

really 2 years, its weird wondering why it takes so long for the sperm to find an egg - lol
hopefully it wont take that long....at least you have a son so you know you can have children....i hope i can

got an appointment in 2 weeks with the Gynae as i have been having bad pains during BDing near the end of my cycles....got better since i came off the pill but i'm really hoping its not endometrosis

got my fingers crossed for you hun. I am at hospital in 2 weeks too so hopefully we will both get good news.
as for the smoking......I am sorry to say that yeah i do. I gave up with my first and second baby.....but went back to it when tehy were both about 3 months old. I have cut right down to about 5 a day. DH smokes and i have told him that we have to quit together. All the stress at the moment is making me want one even more....I do know that i need to get that 5 down to 0 but it is so hard. When i was pregnant before i just gave up and it never bothered me. At the moment i am feeling so down i just dont want to - adn i know it is wrong.
i have no idea why it took us 2 years - they said it was unexplained unfertiltiy in the end. DH was fine and i was all ok - we were going for tests to see if i was "destroying the sperm" when we found out i was expecting. Our second was conceived 3 months after our son was born and was a complete surprise. I never thought we would "get caught" when it had taken so long - but now i would give anything to have that happen again!!
