I usually have af for a week and have only had it 3 days
Been having cramps all day so thought i better keep a pad on but when i check there is nothing there
Anyone know what is going on?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated ?

Have you had any red flow?

Mine was only 3 days this month and was light, medium, light? V. strange but glad was short!

Yeah very slightly but not a lot it's usually really heavy but was lighter than usual
Just isn't normal for me
