| Is pre-seed worth the hype? Asked this on 1st trimester board too - am thinking of trying it but OH thinks it's pricey. Not sure, anyone got any views? x | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | well we tried last month and nothing but I had 2 tubes left so we try again for this cycle I guess we will know tomorow
I got 6 tubes in the box so we use only the tubes on the day before "0" and on the day of "0"
so we had some left over... The others days we used our normal lube...
but frankly I really don't if it 's worth it... I think it's more for people who are really really dry down there | | | | Status: Online

I'm Currently Feeling: | I never used any lube at all before this, but i bought the trial pack of pre-seed as I thought it might be pretty disgusting! It was ok, not messy at all. But I didn't get a I have one left which I'll try next month, hopefully with more success. I know Condieontour got her while using pre-seed and it does seem to have a good success rate..... | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | Hi all, I have been using pre-seed for the last 3 months but with no luck. I read lots of hype about it on the internet but it has yet to work for us, but that doesnt mean it doesnt work..... perhaps we have to chill out a bit more and try and relax and it will happen when the time is right.
Baby dust to all ,

I'm Currently Feeling: | Well I think it is great stuff! I would find it hard to do it every single day for 11 days without getting sore, but with pre-seed I was fine! Still didn't get me pregnant tho! | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | One thing I learned when we were TTC was that you have to be very careful about the chemical environment you're creating to help aid your fertility/the sperm's journey. For example, most lubes are not conducive to helping sperm do their job, and can actually be detrimental to their viability. So, if you, like me, feel that it would be a lot more comfortable for you to have some lubrication (other than natural, that is), Pre-Seed is a good option. Granted, it isn't cheap, so you have to use it sparingly and according to whatever "good timing" is for your cycle. But I did get pregnant after using Pre-Seed. I know it's not an exact cause-and-effect situation, but it certainly didn't hurt anything.
Best of luck to you!!! | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | Ahh Trixie i was thinking the same thing. But i think some extra lube will help me out anyway, as my sex drive is low and it takes a bit to get me going . I'm actually going to check the store this week when i go buy OPKs and see if they have pre-seed. i want to give it my all this month! Let me knew if you choose to buy some pre-seed and such, we'll experiment this month together and see if we can get some good results in the end | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | I used preseed for the first time last month. No BFP. Used it again this month, but don't know yet if this is my month. If we do get our BFP this month I wouldn't put it all down to preseed though. It is quite a nice lube to use as its not too sticky, and really just makes it more comfortable - especially when its your 7th day in a row...
It is quite pricey - try it for a month and see what you think. If you don't like it don't use it again. I got mine off ebay, but can't remember what I paid.
Good luck xx | | | | Status: Online

I'm Currently Feeling: | We are about to begin our round of BD for cycle # 3 on pressed.
I love it, I think it helps keep the sperm alive inside you longer, also it's great for those who are a little dry, like myself. | | | | Status: Offline

| Hmmmm. Well, tbh, I don't 'need' lube most of the time but just thought it might be worth a go. Basically, I worry that I don't produce enuf CM. When I was a youngster, I used to have loads and loads during fertile time but not as much now I'm in my 30s. Trying EPO, so hopefully that'll help. x | | | | Status: Offline
