I'm Currently Feeling: | can someone please explain temping to me please i have no idea where to start with this - do i need to buy one of these basal temperature things - very confused. do i need to do it at teh same time of the day etc?????

I'm Currently Feeling: | yup same time every day before you get ot of bed and move about... kinda ahrd but worth it ( says girl with messy chart) i work shifts lol |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I use a regular thermometer as soon as I wake up.....not sure if thats what Im SUPPOSED to be doing but it seems to be working so far... |

I'm Currently Feeling: | well use a bbt thermomitor, i use the boots fertility monitor also its quite god and keep sthe temps in ther just incase you forget to write it down  |

I'm Currently Feeling: | you start the first day of your period, so yeah CD1. Your temps should be lower before you O...I also read too that after you O your temps go up and should stay up about 10-16 days. If they are up longer than that, then test. They will dip right before your expected AF  This hope this doesn't happen  |
