I'm Currently Feeling: | Just try and take temp the same time every morning (within an hour) but if you don't take it as soon as you do wake up before you get up or anything and input it on FF.
What will happen at some point in your cycle is you will get a temp drop followed by a biggish rise and your temps will stay high until AF or BFP. Look at my CD21 were OV occured
After OV your temps rise because of PRogesterone hormone. So you won't know until after OV on your first cycle but it will help with future ones (should you need to continue). Also note down your CM and if you do OPKs when you get a positive. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | it will base ov on ur temp as u will peak,
Hope this helps~ "Starting on day 1 of your cycle, take and record your temperature every day. You may find it helpful to put this information down into a graph so that you can see the changes in your temperature easily. Typically, you will notice a rise of 0.4 degrees at the time of ovulation. This temperature has to be higher than any recorded prior to that in the cycle. If this high temperature is maintained for 3 to 4 days, then this is the time you ovulated. If you become pregnant, your basal body temperature will continue to remain high for more than 18 days. " u can read all bout it online hun xxx |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Hiya, I started temping last month but didn't start till CD3 and I was still able to see my definite spike at ovulation. It won't help you in month 1 but it gives you something to go on in future months. The girls are right, take your temp first thing when you wake up. I set an alarm, stick the thermometer in my mouth, go back to sleep and just record it on Fertility Friend later.
The charts really scary at first and it took me till near the end of the cycle to work out that there are places to record CM, OPKs and god knows what else! I ignored them till I was ready to explore them a bit more!!
One step at a time!! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I started temping mid-cycle and used a regular thermometer to begin with. I use my phone as an alarm clock and I just placed the thermometer on top of it so I'd remember to temp as soon as I woke up |
