I should elaborate on that, It came off really insensitive. Most ladies around here that have children, and many are my friends, were 15-16 in high school, and then try to tell me how to conceive "the right way" or they are women who had no idea about the benefits of charting and checking your cervix. We will get pg doing things like this, why? Because we are using the signs to point us in the right direction. *is triumphant*

I guess not thinking about it works for a lot of people because TTC is really stressful and stress is obviously not helpful when TTC.

Gets kinda tiring

I hated when ppl said that to me, but then after ttc our nr. 2 for over 6 months we stopped trying and I applied to university. After a few weeks I noticed some symptoms and I was pregnant! We had not been trying very hard at all and I had weird cycles so I didn't know when I o'd. We were soooo surprised when we got a BFP and I had to cancel my university plans and take back my resignation at work, pretty embarrassing.

So as soon as I stopped thinking about ttc I got pregnant. It's probably just a coincidence but maybe there's some truth to it?

I'm getting a little tired of hearing that too! We are doing everything right, BD on time ... i just don't know why nothing good has happened yet. I'm trying to think, every day gone, is another day closer to that BFP .. but even that is easier said than done!

Pleased I'm not the only one getting a bit fed up of hearing it! But then a few of you say that u did fall PG when not thinking about it - I guess it's the law of averages, some fall PG when they stop trying, others when they're still obsessing over it. Ah man, I just wanna get preggo, come on Fertility Queen, get me knocked up!!!!! x

the window during the month is so slim that if we did not think about it what our chances to fall pg( if we did not know about it )
what people don' t get it's our desire to have a child not in 2 month or 3 or 4 years ... We want a child now and it's hard to have people all arounds with the children and not think about the fact we don't have one!
