Ive had a perfect textbook cycle and one iffy cycle and i knew by using the monitor.

Hi there, just adding my name to the list of CBFM users.

Am using it for the first time and had a high day today which was only the second time I was asked to pee on a stick. Am hoping don't get a week of high days and tehn no peak as I am not sure I ovulated last month and the month before I ovulated on day 16 so would be surprised if I was really about to Ovulate only a week after my period started!

will read back the thread now and see if I can spot any encouraging stories

the first month is always iffy as it gets to know your cycle.. so you get more high readings than you normally will in later cycles. Also, after this cycle it adjusts itself to your cycle lenght. so in your first cycle it'll ask for sticks on day 6.. (because of me having 30-31 days cycles it asks for sticks on cd 9) and it asked for all the 20 sticks but now i only use 10.

I think if you have normal cycles it will read you correctly, but you might have a surprise of it reading ov earlier or later than you expected- but thats the genious of this thing, no?
