What to do while AF is in town...

AF got me yesterday, so I started thinking about preparing for the next cycle. I have started taking a multi-vitamin, and I am going to cut out the cocktails after AF.

I thought we might share some ideas on things we can do while AF is hanging around...

I would take a pre-natal rather than a multi vitamin, multi vitamins normally contain Vit E and A which can cause problems in higher doses, pre-natals omit them for this reason. Your pre-natal will also have folic acid in it which is essential for bubs in the early stages, even before you know you are pregnant. If there is nothing wrong with your cycles then I wouldnt be adding anything else except a healthy diet and a bit of excercise if you can manage it. I know there are so many pills and potions out there that claim t boost fertilty, but in reality there is nothing per say, it all just supports healthy function of the reproductive system, which is what you can acheive with the pre-natal and diet. Other than that its truly just a matter of well timed sex and luck unfortunatley if you have no underlying fertility problems. Good luck to your girls!

You could take her to the movies - a great way to spend an evening - wear comfy trousers too, so you can slob in the seat!

If the witch gets me this month then I plan on learning how to temp and what it all means. I am slightly clueless and have just been having sex this cycle, not doing anything else.

I'm still in 2ww but I'm going to start taking a pre-natel vit and improving my diet if I don't get my BFP this month. Don't currently temp but I'm thinking of starting that too. This is all on top of trying to get OH to pack in smoking!!

Good Advice on the pre-natal. I heard they are good for your hair and skin too!
