What to take?

I'm sure this is either in the wrong section, or a similar question has been answered recently.
But what would you guys personally recommend taking to help with fertility? There's so many things out there claiming to help, but I'd like some personal comments and recommendations.

From my experience the best and only thing to take is a good pre-natal such as Preconception. There are many things out there for different things but until you are diagnosed with a specific problem....don't tamper. Some things can really screw your cycle. Hope that helps.

Dont self medicate. A prenatal. End of. If you have other issues see a dr! Good luck, XXX

Agree with the above statements, just a pre-natal if there is nothing wrong with your cycles, if there is get your doc to investigate and go from there.
