Hi everyone ok so im pretty sure im out this month again, so next month im going to try things a bit differently, im going to buy those soft cups, ovulation tests, cheapie hpt's thermometer, and either pre seed or concieve plus, now i havent a clue about any of this so im wondering if you ladies could spare a few minutes to explain how they work and the best ones to buy etc thank you

Unless you are to dry to dtd I would ditch the lubes, they kill a certain proportion of sperm and where they are useful if you have absolutely no cm, they are detrimental if you can managed without.

Opks- great idea

Thermometer for testing- probably the best one single thing you can do for ttc ( except bd!)

I dont know about soft cups, I think they are maybe a us thing, but I cant be sure.

Whatever you do, try not get sucked into taking a bunch of supplements. I think I have set myself back by self medicating with the likes of Agnus Castus, EPO and B vits. Be careful and just trust your body to do its job. x

Couldn't agree more, I took EPO for just one cycle, it messed it all up so bad, wasn't worth it.

Buy cheap OV kits and Pregnancy tests YES i got load from ebay for cheap.. be aware of evap lines though, they seem to be well known for those. SO remember "withing 10 minutes and coloured" is a positive.. anything else should be considered negative.
Soft cups are good apparently, sorry if tmi but.. if you push them all the way in and then sit up.. have an orgasm.. your cervix will dip down into the pool of and pretty much suck up what it needs too Then lie flat to help the with gravity

Preseed help as do egg whites (a lot cheaper too ) because they have the same consistancy as ewcm and do not kill sperm like other lubes will. Preseed helps with mobility. I've heard of it working ... but i've also heard of it not working. It's hit and miss.

The best way for now is to relax.. know when you are ovulating and make sure your in the mood before you have sex... so lots of playing around first ... becareful with oral as it kills sperm plus playing around will increase ewcm.. which will help sperm move.. make sure you orgasm after your OH does.. it's easier if OH is in top ... all about gravity once again
Don't take any tablets or suppliments YET.. let nature take it's course first.. then after 6-12 months go to the doctors for an appointment to see if all is ok.
Take folic acid now.
Stay healthy but do not over exercise.. make sure OH wears boxers.. nothing tight though..
In the morning sperm counts are increased..
Stay away from lube.. it kills sperm and decreases mobility.
Peas are well known for decreasing ferility! (yep those little green things u eat )
Don't drink TOO much alcohol.. but some is ok. Don't stop drinking just for TTC if you enjoy it.. do it.. but not in large amounts.
Stop smoking if you do.
And just take it easy, relax.. and don't stress.. don't have sex just for TTC either.
