green tea

evening all!!,

i have just read green tea is good for fertility.

it matures the eggs is that right?

also do i drink it all through my cycle?

is it nice?

do i drink with milk?

is it a good replacement for tea/coffee?

It doesnt do anything egg wise except as an antioxidant. And it does take a bit to get used to, tasted like dirty dish water to start of with, but I quite liked to after awhile, you drink it plain, just hot water and the tea. Just becareful not to drink bucket loads as it binds to folic acid, thats why its a good cancer fighter, tumours etc feed off folic acid, and you need folic acid in the early stages for bubs.

Watch that you get decaff version too as you don't want to have too much caffeine and there is still quite a bit in it and if you end up liking it...

It does have a different taste, try honey in it. And make sure you don't put the bag in boiling water. It burns it or something like that. The water should be just below boiling point.
