Soy Iso and Vitamin B50 Complex

Okay so I've read lots about these two suplements but I'm not sure when to use them during my cycle.
I've got my Vitamin B50 Complex already but what soy Iso should I buy? Mind you girls I'm in the States...

Well I'm not sure now. Have been reading about the soy and I'm not sure what its for. I was thinking it was for regulating cycles and helping conceive but as I'm reading its just ocnfusing me more. I need my BnB girls to help clarify and maybe point me in the right direction for good info sites. Vitamin B complex is to lengthen my LP.

From what I understand....Soy is supposed to help you ovulate. It is said to work a little bit like Clomid. You take it from cycle day 3-7. You shouldn't take it for any longer then 5 days.

Really it is personal preference on how you want to attack the ttc game!! lol. Soy is also said to help you ovulate sooner in your cycle so if you think that is an issue it will help. Are you going to be temping or using opks?

Wow, that is way late!!! Then taking the soy may work out very well for you. You should ovulate anywhere from 5-10 days after your last dose. I know a lot of people who have used it and it has worked well for them. You will get major ovulation pains too!

Sometimes when you have a change in positives like that on your opks it means that you had a surge but for some reason didn't ovulate and then you can get another surge days later. Make sure that you are taking them near the same time and mid afternoon is the best time to take them!

It's all so much! lol. Good luck! Maybe you will be one of those lucky ones who gets preggo right off the bat!

It depends on what is causing your irregular periods. That is what needs to be figured out first. I went to the doc last month because usually I am very regular to the day! Since July they have been wacky! Ranging anywhere from 28-41 days. The reason they were so strange was because I wasn't ovulating. My doc said that bcp are usually given to regulate periods but since I am ttc he gave me clomid to help. Long story short.....if your problem is not ovulating then the soy could help. It is natural so it's worth a shot!
