you can take bvits all way thru your cycle, in fact its better to keep taking them even into your pg. I saw a few posts on here where ladies who had got there bfp came off the vits and mc. Now i'm not sure if there was any science to that but the ladies believed it caused their progesterone to suddenly dip and therefore mc.

Good luck hun, and beware of brigt yellow pee, it really is quite neon and embarrassing if your in a public loo and it won't flush!!!!!
