New and looking for advice

Hi all

I'm new to this website but would be really grateful for any advice you are able to give me please.
We have a little girl who is 13mths old now and because my husband has been in Afghanistan since last Dec, when he came back for 2 weeks earlier this month we decided to TTC as he will not be home again until June. I bought the clearblue fertility monitor to maximise our chances etc and had sex several times when it said I was about to ovulate/ovulating so I'm sure we did it at the right time.
I stupidly convinced myself I was pregnant as I had sore boobs and some other symptoms similar to when I was expecting last time but AF arrived today and I am gutted.
I got pregnant first time we tried before and as we had sex at the right time this month I'm now worried that there's something wrong - it's not helped by the fact that we won't be able to try again until July.
I'd really appreciate any advice or reassurance and as DH is away I haven't got anyone to talk to about this!
Many thanks in advance.

Oh poor you, with hubby away it must be really hard!! What you have to remember hun is that even for a healthy normal couple who is TTC, it isnt abnormal for them to take up to a year to conceive!! U were obviously very lucky when u conceived ur daughter. Easy to say hun, but stress also can play a part in the TTC process, I know this very well!! I would try and not get too stressed out about everything and focus on your little girl and welcoming hubby home later in the year. Give him a homecoming he will never forget!! I really dont think there will be anything wrong with either of you, but we are here if you need adice!! All the best, Candice xx
