Well Girlies i am no longer puzzled .... i have finally recieved my first AF since the MC....

I am happy to see her this month..... but next month i won t be.lol!

But yes i ovulated on the 08 March and i have my AF 14/15dpo.... so i am bang on my normal 28 day cycle.

So i am not going to complain.... i m gonna dedicate myself to this cycle in full force ....

.... i m not goin to obess about cos i always have loads its our favourite hobbie ... so no chore there.

I am going to continue with my pre.natal vitamins

No hot baths? Going to try this

What about baby aspirin?

And i have also been eating lots of greens ...that are natural in folic acid.

So i am hope i get my christmas present

For those who are waiting their first AF since MC ..... all i can say is the body is pretty remarkable and it does get back to normal ... its only time.

Forgot to say to you in my journal did you get AF as normal but you did, so that's great.
I'm ashamed to say i don't know how long my cycles are! When I wore contraceptive patch they were obviously 28 days and I took that off about NOV 07 time and as we weren't TTC then I didn't really take much notice but am sure they always arrived on same day of week (Mon). So presumed I was 28 but this cycle (after MC last month) will be 33 if I get full flow today? so don't really know what to do about this next cycle. I ran out of OPKs this cycle and nearly missed OV. any advice?
