just wondering all you peeps who used to take pill how long was it before you had af and im usualy 28days but im on day 45 and still no sign just wondering if others have had same thing happening

I stopped taking the pill in february. I only took 3 out of my february pack. My period was only 10 days late - normally 28 day cycle. AF is due today and nothing so far....

I came off the pill and didnt get a period for over a year, went to the doctors, he said it was because id been on it for so long, and I was overweight, but ive always had irregular periods. I think in most cases you would get a period within a month or two. My long wait was pretty unusual.

hi Kelly, when I came off pill my periods started straight away but they have all more or less been 37,38 day cycles instead of 28 days as they used to be.that was last July and my cycles are still long now.
