just wondered about your experiences in ovulation and bbt after stopping BCP?

did you ovulate straight away/next month or did it take longer?

also, when charting your bbt, how long is your temperature above 'normal' when you ovulate?

Hey Chick, i was on bcp for over ten years and came off it last June and started having periods bang on schedule bu my cycles just got longer instead of 28 went to 37/38 days. I cant tell you if i ovd from when i stopped pill as i only started using opk's four months later and ive been gettign +'s on them ever since so I guess i must have been oving straighht away.
This is my first cycle charting temps so im not a good person to ask really, all i know is they rocketed after i ov'd and have stayed high for 12 days and then yesterday dropped and today have dropped again and am now wondering is it implantation dip as i have some spotting too or is it my period?. So sorry i cant help you on that one but ill be interested to see what the other girls reply to you.

I think I ovulated straight away but my cycles were a bit messed up. They were aways out by a few days.
