i m just wondering if there is any one out there trying to lose weight or have done so and has gotten a pregnant, ive got pcos and the docs ahve advised i should lose wieght as clomid was not working and they say it works betterwhen you lose weight has anyone gone through this and achived sucsess?

I'm trying to lose weight too, I want to lose about 4.4lbs before the next cycle is due (11th April) I'm planing on losing 4.4lbs for every unsuccessful cycle.

good luck babe its a lot of hard work but i hope it will be worth it in the end !! when youve got the two lones on the pregnacy test youll know it was worth it.!

I'm also trying to lose a little weight. I'm currently on Jenny Craig (for a couple of weeks now) and lost 2.9kgs...so thats a good start!

It can be a little pricey.
The joining cost especially. Depends on what program
you want to go into, look out for specials.
like "Lose 10 kilos for ten dollar" and things like that.....And don't let
them talk you into another program. Stand your ground.

The food costs is just a little more than what I'd spend on food
for myself anway
