Can a sickness bug delay ovulation?

Normally ovulate around cd20. It's cd19 today and no sign of a high on my fertility monitor and normally get two highs before my peak. The only thing I'm wondering is if a sickness bug at the start of last week could have affected my date of ovulation. Has this happened to anyone else?

I believe so, our bodies are funny things and do funny things when its in a state... hopefully when u start feeling better and more "in the mood" you will ovulate, good luck xx
