Another CM question!!

Hi!
I'm quite new to charting, and was wondering how you tell the difference between EWCM and swimmer-juice (yes, I'm too much of a prude to use the real words!!)

Any tips with this would be great as to me it seems hard to tell the difference.

Thanks!!

Katherine xx

"One: if you can collect enough put it in water and if it balls up and falls to the bottom it is CM, if it dissolves it is semenBlood in semen
Blood in the semen
Semen analysis or arousal fluid. Two: rub it between your forefinger and thumb and then try to stretch it apart. SemenBlood in semen
Blood in the semen
Semen analysis and arousal fluid will dry up very quickly and CM takes a little longer"

According to fertility expert Zita West, EWCM is loads stretchier than sperm. Also, she said your CM should return to normal about 16 hours after BDing (so if you BD at, say, 10pm, will return back to normal by lunch the next day so when you check CM then, should give you a good idea). x
