Could be, but it could also be ovulation (maybe your body stalled before for some reason and didn't really ovulate when you thought a week ago). BD like crazy.
Cervical position is not a reliable indicator for implantation or pregnancy for women. Some women who are very familiar with their CP swear they can tell when they are pregnant (before AF is due), some cannot. Hence the unreliability.
