I'm Currently Feeling:  | PMS - horrible symptoms
Hi ladies
I have posted this in the Health section too
I came off the bcp years ago and since coming off, my pms has gone a bit weird.
When I was on the pill, pms consisted of sore boobs, slight cramps and upset tummy.
Now I am getting sweats at night, sore boobs, horrible dizziness and nausea. I can put up with the sweats and the sore boobs but hate the dizziness and nausea.
I am veggie, I take a multi vitamin with iron.
Can anyone recommend anything to help that wont mess up ttc?

I'm Currently Feeling:  | Oh poor you! I get sweats, cramps and bad mood swings. Sometimes it's rotten being a woman! There was a post on here yesterday that mentioned Angus Castus as being good and the older ladies in my family have always sworn by evening primrose. Hope you feel better soon and find something that helps!  |

I dont mind the symptoms really but cant deal with feeling dizzy/sick. Will look up AC now!

I'm Currently Feeling:  | Yeah I was gonna tell you to check out vitex agnus castus  I also think there are lots of herbal blends for women with bad PMS, check your local health store. Hope it will get better for you |
