Things like drinking alcohol and poor sleep affect it, as does the time it is taken. You have to make sure you take it at exactly the same every day.

I've looked at your chart and tend to think as well. I see you have VIP membership and think it would be a good idea to ask the experts on FF what they can suggest.

I also notice you are not putting in 'night shift' or disrupted sleep pattern or anything, so I am guessing there may be a clue in the amount of sleep you are actually getting before you temp. You probably have a better idea than I do as I am only on my 3rd cycle of charting with FF, but I too work shifts, hence all the open circles on my chart.

Let us know what the experts say in the VIP post if you choose to use this option.

You have got drinking down as a specific on your last chart????

I'm not sure what to say about th timing of you're on shifts. I think NeyNey works some shifts and she seems to manage so hopefully she might read this thread and offer some advice.

I'm Currently Feeling: 


lol i had 1 drink at a friends wedding i had a flute of champain, i have drinking listed like u know drinking alot of liquid not drinking like a night out :s oops lol

shifts arnt so bad i have some 7 am starts and 11am so its not like im hours out, hence i cant see y its jumbled up
