Hi, for those who have read my previous posts- my cycle days were between 35-40 for the past 7 months. I, however, bought some agnus castus tinture from Neils Yard, followed the instructions of how to take and 27 days later-Hey Presto! af arrives! I was amazed must admit though had a feeling that she would be on time cos I had all the little b4 signs. Although boobs wern't that sore and only had one day of pmt. It's amazing, can't use it this month as im now on clomid.

so hurrah for agnus castus. I would say though that you can't use this while on clomid. Always read instructions and contra-indications!!

Do you know when you were ovulating in your cycle? i might try that vitamin if my B6 does not work, my cycles can be quite long and i ovulate late with luteal phase of 5-8days

Thats very interersting eh? My cycle is long and it drives me mad now that im ttc although it would be fab having witch less often if i wasnt trying. MIght give that a try, thanks for that x

pixelou did you use it just until ovulation? And did you us it in tablet form? Ive started using it this month but ive heard sometimes it can make bleeding heavier ... which i couldnt deal with! Ive hared if you dont ttc for 3 or so months then you can take it after ovulation as well but obviously i dont wnat to wait any longer so im just taking it until ovulation!

Hi, the agnus castus I got was from Neils Yard. They have branches throughout the country. It was in tincture form and it is an organic one that is mixed with Dong Quai and another herb. I took it as the instructions said and from about CD 2 or 3 right up to AF. However, I'm now taking Clomid, so have stopped taking it as it is contra indicated(im on cd 5). I'm not sure if you can take it past ovulation, maybe I wasn't supposed to!?! I would't just in case! I was also taking other vis and evening primrose oil, quite high strenghth!
