How many of u get spotting

before AF is due, i dont ususally but it started last cycle for 3 days before AF came and i am now on 4th day of spotting in this cycle AF in theory should be here today?? xxx

ive got that the last 3 or so months where i spot for about 3 days before af and i also spot a day or so after ovulation and this month i also spotted at around implantation time. ive read that spotting before af can be a sign of a hormonal imbalamce but mid cycle spotting is normal. I have adenomyosis (endometriosis of the uterus lining so i think mine might be due to that). If you look at my chart you can see i sopt all over the place but af is now 2 days late this month!

Ive also purchased some agnus castus which might help with the spotting you take it each cycle until ovulation but not after..so that might help.

i had that last month, spotted four days before a full flow, very annoying!!

I've been spotting too lately and have also heard it's a sign of hormal inbalance or something, which is annoying. Never used to get it when on pill. x

Just before AF i started spotting sunday and im due on 2day xxxx
