You would have been alright taking it now at 3dpo because you arnt sharing anything yet with your potential bean, but I would not use it from now on just incase, its been reported there can be a higher risk of birth defects from it. Dont panic now whatever you do, you've done absolutley no harm to potential beanie, its too early to have as implantation wouldnt have occured yet, you will just have to suffer through the cold and take paracetamol if you feel aweful and lots of lovley rest!
