whats going on!?

Im confused...and frustrated! My last 2 cycles have been 29 days and ive ovulated day 14/15. Again i ovulated day 14 this month and im now a day late. Ive had spotting on and off for a bit but no cramping and i always get cramping (ive got endo and get really bad pains). Today i had some brown in my pants sorry tmi! I did a clearblue digital test but didnt use fmu but got not pregnant. Is there still a chance i could be? Has anyone had something like this happen before? (I do tend to spot a couple of days before af but never enough for underwear). And i always get bad cramps. About 3 days ago i had some mild cramping but thats all!

I don't wanna build your hopes up or anything but i have read that some people don't actually have implantation till a few day's before af is due to show, so testing now might not show yet on a digi.
I know it's hard hun but give it a few day's more and see if the arrives. Fingers crossed it just late implantation. Good luck xxx

thanks! i dont want to get my hopes up either! Im wondering if its my change in diet...ive started eating super healthy from about a week ago no coke only decaf tea, loads of fruit and veg everyday, nuts, pumpkin seeds and very little sugar! (Im still eating ample amounts). The last couple of months ive has hypo attacks when my period is due (low blood suger weakness/faintness) im not diabetic and i havnt got it this month. I also started taking low dose aspirin this month and stopped using my electric blanket so maybe its to do with one of those things im not going to test for at leat 3 days if af has not arrived.

Wow you have made some changes, good for you hun!! I hope she stays away for you

Implantation bleeding normally occurs a week to a few days before your period would normally start. Spotting that occurs around a week after ovulation is likely implantation bleeding; whereas, spotting that occurs very close to the time that your period would normally start may not be. A normal menstrual cycle generally starts off light and then gets heavier. Spotting can sometimes be the sign of an early period. If this is the case, the spotting will pick up to heavier bleeding. If you have spotting right around the time your period would normally start, it can be more confusing. You will need to take the wait and see approach or take a pregnancy test to determine pregnancy.

Copied and pasted..
Hmm it is possible that it could be as it says a week to a few days before and everyone is different.
I hope it signal's a bfp hun. If not then you have certainly made some positive steps ready for next month
xxx

Hehe, i got my oh on the vit's too. He's taking Vit C and zinc and some multi vits. The multi vits are massive, they look like horse pill's lol poor sod. He's going to end up hating me

I have only just started taking pre natal vits this month, they are killing me with constipation lol. Think it's the iron in them or something
I heard aganus castus were really good for regulating cycles also evening primrose..i was thinking of getting some vit B6 for my pms.
