| I have a digital thermometer which measures in 10ths of degrees so on checking that apparently is a BBT thermometer...I dunno, anyway I got it at poundland! I've also seen them at boots and at asda, they're in with the first aid stuff.
you could always order one from ebay |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Basal Body Temperature Thermometers http://www.accessdiagnostics.co.uk/a...rmometers.html
Here's one with charts
Bay-zuhl = Basal is how I've heard it pronounced.
You don't need a specific one, just make sure the thermometer (digital is easiest and best) has to the nearest tenths (.1) degree. Some women use thermometers that register (.01) hundredths for more accuracy. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Hiya,
i got a charting/temping kit from Boots, actually.. i bought it last April. It was in the opk, pg test section. Also, try Boots online, which is where i found it first place to behonest. Cost me about £12 and comes with a basal thermometer, booklet that explains it all and charts to fill out.
Hope this helps, and good luck, babe!! xxx

I'm Currently Feeling: | I got a digital one from Tesco for less than £5 and it is good because it has only 1 button! - press once to start it and it beeps ready, then stick it in mouth and after about a minute it beeps about 5 times and the temperature is there for you to see and it stays there for a while so you can get your chart and note it down. xx |
