hi girls! someone told me over the weekend that your cervix should be high and hard (?) when you are ovulating and then it goes really low afterwards meaning that you are no longer oving! do any of you know if this is true or not - i checked mine and it was really high and soft - so now i am really confused!
or shall i just ignore it all? i am on CD18 now and think i ov'd on Friday (but just for one day if i am relying on the EGCM - that was only present for one day!). we bd on thursday but DH was sick friday saturday so we only managd it once!!
do any of you check your cervix? i am getting so many mixed messages re this?????

I think its low and open when you ov which would make sense to catch all the sperm.....and then it goes high and hard after but you cant rely on that alone, you need to check for ewcm too as far as i know.... xx

that is what i thought - that is why i am confused!!! i think that i am just going to forget the whole cervix thing - I am gutted we only managed to BD once this month. Realy don't think we will be lucky enough to get a BFP off one BD! Roll on 2 weeks so i can start a new cycle!! how are you getting on this cycle?

That sounds about the right time.....i'm gutted i havent seen any ewcm since i did at the beginning of the month and that was 3 days after my af finished so that would be too early.....bit confused

Hopefully we all managed to catch the eggie but in my case not sure an egg would have even been released....d'oh
