Okay, so this is the first month that I'll be TTC.... I have a period that usually (not always) starts with about two days of very light spotting, followed by normal flow. Anyway, do I count from the first day of spotting or from the first day of actual flow? Anyone?

I've been told to count CD 1 as when you see red blood. But I'm not totally sure. I'm sure they'll be other ladies on here that can answer you that know a lot more than me!

last cycle i spotted for 4 days before AF flow, you should count the full flow as cd1
