hi girls

I am now on CD16 and on Thursday (CD13) i had mild crampings and then my EWCM was really thick on Friday - but then vanished completely!! Is this normal - we only managed to BD on thursday night as OH was ill friday saturday - but i am just wondering if it would make any difference doing it again tonight just to make sure!!

It wont harm! If you did O on friday then BDing thursday was very well timed!

can 6you get pregnant when you have already ovulated? i am hoping thursday night did the trick? is cramping normal then? if so i reckon that i have missed my time this month - other than thursday of course.

From the little info you have it sounds like you O'd on friday so BD on thursday is most likely to catch the egg as the sperm is hopefully waiting in the tubes for the egg to burst out! Eggs last various lengths depending on the individual but 24 hrs is generally thought to be the maximum. I'd BD anyway because you cant be sure when you O'd so just keep at it.

last month when i ovulated i only noticed EWCM once, and it was the day i ovulated - so you BD at the right time. some others are lucky and have it for a few days, guess we have to keep checking and jump on DH that very same day!

Cant hurt just to BD all the time!!! Even after you think you have O'd. I have been having cramping pains for 5 days now and I am not sure when I O...so it would be best to cover all your bases. Lots of !!!!
