Which temperature to count??? HELP!!!

OK I got up at 5:30am and temped thought it was 6:30 fell back to sleep then got up again at 6:30 and temped again. Which should I count

5:30: 97.05 (below coverline) open circle in ff
6:30: 97.59 (huge jump) closed circle in ff

I got another +OPK this morning second time I peed. If I count 5:30 it reflects not Oing yet if I count 6:30am it reflects I had a thermal shift.

WWYD?

My Chart now reflects 6:30 temp.

I'd stick with the 5.30 temp. If you HAVE O'd, you'll get a thermal shift in the next couple of days anyway and as *angel* correctly said, you need to have had at least 3 hours sleep so the second temp will be way off. GL.

I agree. Although tempting, it's not accurate and at the end of the day you really would like the best idea possible of your ovulation date.

The good thing is, you are right there at ovulation point and will have a lovely FF chart in the next week to look back on with more confidence (and no guilt ).

The VIP questions section is brilliant. I have recently asked 2 questions there and they have really reassured me. It was about ovulation and temps too as I find that crucial time just before your cross hairs appear on your chart the most tedious. I got mine today and feel fabulous. You will too in a couple of days
