My BFF who I do not get to see that often for we have opposite schedules, emails me today to tell me her grandmother passed away a few weeks ago (expected) and that her SIL is pregnant again, this comes all after I told her about DH & I having to go for testing next week and starting clomid. I know she was just excited for her second niece or nephew but I felt sad. Why can this not be Me???? Plus I cried which makes me an idiot b/c I do not even know this girl personally, just through my Friend, I hate that TTCing is starting to make me bitter. Why can I just be happy for other people?

I go through the same thing. I have a few friends having their third or fourth child and I am so jealous. I get so bitter and sad I just want to cry forever. It is hard to see everyone else getting what YOU want. I try to be happy but it doesn't come easy.

Many people won't admit it but they feel the same as you!
How bad am I - my BFF is trying TTC after coming off the pill recently.
We haven't told anyone we are TTC and when she told me she was, I was gutted thinking she'll probably catch straight away and I had a MC and am TTC again! I've made it like a race! When in reality I would like nothing more than us to be in it together and share everything!

Oh honey, you are not an idiot. You are just another deranged, confused, frustrated, ttc woman. Just like the majority of us.

On a serious note though, you can't help crying and that's just a bit of frustration letting itself out. If you didn't have a good cry, your blood pressure would rise through the roof. So you've done more good than harm for yourself and you'll soon forget about all this sadness when you get your own BFP.

I know how u feel hun, i used to feel exactly same and theres nothing any1 can say to make ya feel better the only thing that will is a bfp.....wishing you all the luck x x x x x x

Just wanted to let you know that I get exactly the same feelings, I'm not usually a jealous or bitter person but feel it creeping over me more and more lately....you're definitely not the only one!!
