Help! Vit b complex - where has my ov gone??

Hey girls! wonder if any of you can help? Started taking vit b50 complex on cd1 as I had read good things about it. I normally ov around cd19-20 with a 32ish day cycle. Today is cd 24 and still no sign of ov! Temp is still low and cm is creamy! I always get a pos on opks the day before my temp rise and so far nothing!Really worried that I have mucked things up with the vit b! Has this happened to anyone else? Shouold i stop taking the vit b? So confused!!

No hun i started on b vit last cycle and I got +opk a day earlier which resulted in LP been 2 days longer. Maybe your having an anovulatory cycle?? I read we can have them sometimes.

Are you taking anything else or just b vits? whats your situation, do you have short LP too?

Hi Jojo! Think i might be having an anovulatory cycle - just seems a coincidence that it happened the same month i started takin the b vits.
Been ttc since July but been using opk since march and temping for 4 months now and appear to have ovulated every month until now.
My lp is 12/13 days which isn't too short but do have spotting for a couple of days before af so thought id try the b vits. I also take pregnacare preconception and epo (when i remember).
How long have you been ttc? It's only been 5 months for me but feels like forever! Hate having longer cycles too - seems like i am always waiting for ov or in the 2ww!

HI, I don't know if it could be the Bvits or coincidence this month but didn't want to read and run. I started Bvits last cycle and it made my ov 2 days earlier making me a 12 luteal phase not 10. I'd keep going with them and see. Maybe if you haven't ovulated you will later on in cycle. Have you had any stress or illness which might have changed your cycle? Sorry I can't be anymore help.

I took B vits for the first time last cycle and ov came forward 2 days AND SO DID LP making it 8 days

I don't blame the B6 though so am going to risk upping it this cycle to 100mg.

hey molly

I wonder if your over doing them a bit? maybe try lowering the dose if your LP is ok maybe just take 10 - 20mg. Everybodys physiology is different so maybe it is the b-vit, ts hard to say isn't it? I'd lower the dose and see how you get on next month. so your temp nor cm shown ov then either? is it possible it was earlier than expected and you missed it? can you show us your chart?

we been tcc for 15 cycles now, there was a break in the middle too so it seems like forever, having some investigations now tho. We have a 3 year old son already who was a little surprise so finding it bizarre we're struggling so much this time! Hopefully you'll not be this long, there is no reason why you should so try stay positive!
