I'm Currently Feeling: 


I had this from OV until today - i'm sure it was so much BDing with and without lubricant and checking cervix couple of times. It is when you upset the balance of good bacteria down there. I used a bid of Canesten cream but what really helped was wiping with vinegar and water mix (smells so only do if staying in house or at bedtime), it is an acid so can help the balance (must mix it with water though!!!). Also you have to get some air down there - so I have been going knickerless round the house

that's one way to do it!
well it's been cleared up for awhile now, even bd'ing hasn't irritated it. I'm convinced it was the loads of yogurt i had this week and of water (I can't stop peeing! it's almost funny!)
