I'm Currently Feeling: | Early ovulation??? Hi guys
I have read quite a few threads about the length of luteal phase, and how important it is to implantation. Mine seems to be approx 15 days. I do though seem to ovulate quite early in my cycle - between CD8 & 11. Is this perhaps a problem? Does that not give my lining chance to build up for the egg to implant into? This is all very confusing!!!!
Any info would be great. |

| OVing early isn't a problem so don't worry. As long as your lutheal stage is longer than 10 days, I think. x |

I don't know much about cm qualities, so can't comment on that one, but i used to use poas tests, but stopped that and have been using cbfm for the last five months. It's great, as it gives me an extra couple of days either side of peak fertility, when there is a high chance I could get pregnant. I record the results in a small diary, so that I can monitor it myself too. That's how I know when i ovulate, how long my cycle is, etc. It's really good but quite dear.
I think it takes your cycle a few months to settle down when you've been on the pill for a while, so you might find your peak times are a bit skew whiff for a while. Good luck. Hope there's lots of BFPs coming for us all. |

Good luck x | hey Bird 24, just to let you know your cycle could be a little irregular after coming off the pill, mine was for a few months, who knows.
Symptom wise, some people know they ov by low down feelings etc (i didnt have any this month) or by their cervical mucus (discharge) it starts to get really stretchy and clear ish around ov time and looks a bit like egg white. You can look at your temp in your cycle too and it will rise and then peak just after ov or you can buy ovulation kits like clear blue ones etc and they will give you two dark lines when your oving, thats what i use.
Hope that helps x | | | | Status: Offline
