Hi i agree with the other girls - we women cry because we need a release, let it out and release all those pent up emotions.

I cried buckets last night when I heard a really sad song which reminded me of how long it is taking to conceive but ended uo feeling a bit better once I had let it out.

Hope this doesn't sound extreme to you, but is there a help line that you can call, like the Samaritans or someone? I think it would do you good to speak to someone who is not family and who doesn't know you. It's wonderful to be able to have a good cry with someone actually listening to you blubb all your inner most thoughts and feelings.

There must be the equivalent in South Africa surely?

I phoned them when I lost my mother as I thought my head would explode and didn't want to burden any of my friends and family. They came out with all the old cliches and mmm'd and aahh'd at the right moments. There was nothing they could say to make the pain go away, but it was amazing to be able to speak to someone and get it off my chest. I felt swollen faced and drained afterwards, but part of my heart-ache had been shared and I got a sense of relief that I cannot put into words. It will be 4 years in June since I lost my Mum and every now and then I get a bout of crying and want her to be here so badly, but as time has passed the pain has eased and I have a special place where I carry her in my heart. For as long as I live, part of my Mother will be alive as after all she created me. You are the same, for as long as you live, your little son's soul will be with you and surrounding you acting as your guardian angel. I don't know if you are religious, but if you want to why don't you try praying to him to give you strength. If you are not religious, just ask him, he will help you I'm sure of it.

When you are ready and strong enough, you will be blessed with another baby you'll see. For now, just let yourself think about your sadness and deal with it rather than brushing it under a carpet. Have a good old cry and write down how you feel, I always find it helps me when I can't see the light through the trees. You will be fine I promise you, just hang in there.

Hi

I have to put this on here as I have been really stressing about this all afternoon - I put an earlier post on here about the glad game - and then have got really worried that it came over as really insensitive.

I honestly did not mean that you should find something to be glad about for losing your angel or your puppy - I meant it as a way to help with just the small stuff - not the horrendous stuff where there is nothing whatsoever to be glad about.

I m so so so so sorry - I feel awful about it.

This is one of those times when the only thing that will do is a good cry. I feel your pain. Lots of hugs and remember everyday is new.

Thank you all for your HUGS

Well im feeling much better today, unfortunately i didn't have that good cry last night as i was at our neighbours sick baby, he was born 1 month and 3 weeks before i had lost my son. It makes me sad sometimes thinking my son could be this big now, first teeth, helping with the nappy rash, he also had a nice warm bath in my spa tub on saterday. He is such an angel, but he does make me miss my baby boy.

But anyways i got my Provera last night popped a pill last night , one this morning, and already my tummy not hurting so bad anymore. I said a prayer last night, so that the lord will bless the meds and that it is all in his will what the outcome of using the provera and followed from CD5 the clomid will be.

Thank you all for all the kind words and thoughts and hugs, i am trully blessed to be surrounded by wonderfull ladies like yourselfs.

May the Lord bless us and keep us , may the Lords Grace always shine upon us, and give us peace

May we all be blessed with a and may it be the most amazing gift from above
