Hi girls,

I went to my GP yesterday as I was still worried about long cycles and spotting for a week before AF. I have to have a blood test end of this month, but she thinks it is PCOS. She has recommended a low GI diet to help regulate cycles, has anyone else tried this? Any help would be much appreciated. By the way, I do have other symptoms, bad skin and more "fluff" than most gals.
