I dont have a clue about interpreting the results. Just wanted to say good luck and I'm sure someone will be along shortly.

Hopes

It's not nearly as bad as you think. Those results are not great, but not knowing you nor your personal habits - you may just have to make minor life adjustments to inscrease mobility/vitality. A lot of times diet, clothing, temperature, etc can all affect those values - so it may be treatable. Don't get too down on yourself - there are plenty of things that can be done!

Agreed, subtle life changes can have a great positive effect! Acupuncture is worth looking into as well! My I ask, what does your OH do for a living?

hey there - thanks for all your posts, my dh is a teacher, so no radioactivity to blame. he doesnt sleep well at all, and i think that's stress. i just can't get any straight answers on whether those results are good. waiting to see my consultant and what he says the next steps are.

My oh had pretty much the same results. He has had 2 sa. i was tested to make sure i O and i do. So with these results we saw our consultant last thurs. He advised my oh to complety stop alcohol and have an indepth sa done which we do need to pay for.
as there are some ok sperm there is still a chance as you only need the 1

Exactly!!! It only takes one swimmer to make a baby - so while the results may not be the most viable, determined ones - I am sure he has gone at least one "hercules" in there each time - LOL!!
