Im currently charting on FF and i can't decide whether i am spotting or have light AF, i know this is gross but AF seems light but a bit more than spotting. Nothing red just brown discharge and clumps of brown (sorry way too much info!!) would you consider this spotting or light? i really don't know whether to start a new chart? any ideas?
They say brown blood is usually old blood? My last cycle was sooo messed up and got my period 13 days late and when it came it was really wierd and brown too , I just assumed it was cos i was soo late. Has your cycle been really messed up, i know you've said before you have a really short leutal phase dont you but unless theres anything wierd been going on I would assume that its just your af. Keep an eye on it and see what it pans out like, might be worth mentioing to your docs, although i wouldnt say its anything to worry about, like i said thats what my period was like the cycle just gone.

what did you class as cd1? the day of the spotting or clumps (sorry tmi) Today i seem to just have clumps, nothing red nothing brown, definately no flow.
CD1 is the day u see RED blood (this has been debated on here but this is how fertility experts class day 1 - red blood). So at the moment, you're still 'spotting'. If there isn's a real flow for a few more days, then I'd say you might need to test. x

i have absolutely nothing now, when i wipe theres brown but nothing else, gave up with sanitory wear now cos im just wasting money. Started spotting/brown dischrage day AF was due and now seems to have gone to nothing. Thought AF would come today aswell with temp dip but zilch really, not enough to change a towel all day, in fact not worn anything since mid afternoon. No idea whats going on...
