Sorry if its been said a thousand times on here but just a question or three about vitamins. I have just started taking EPO, vit b complex along with my usual pre natal multi vits.

Do i take all these vitamins all through my cycle or do i stop taking the EPO when i ov? Should i start taking Agnus castus too or give the vits a chance on their own first? If i get a BFP do i continue taking the Bcomplex and the EPO or can it be dangerous....


I have light AF that drags on with spotting for longer than it should, and also spotting mid cycle so hoping that the vits will help with that.

I know about EPO - stop after O as can induce uterine contractions.
The rest I am not sure - think I have seen posts where women continue to take b- complex after preg. Maybe give your GP a ring to be safe.
