Any ideas girls....
I have been spotting for 4 days now, bit more yesterday but all brown, not had any red yet (sorry tmi) Don't even think i can consider yesterday's enough to put "light" into FF rather than spotting. Today was expecting to wake up to but nothing still brown. Whats going on??? im waiting to use my cbfm and is trying to stop me!!
Temps have dipped today so think AF must be coming properly. When do you think i should start CD1?

I think CD1 is when you wake up with full flow (soz). I've been spotting for the last three days too - all the cramps and aches that I get a day or two before arrives - but still no .

I'm sure AF will arrive soon. Good luck with your CBFM. Did you work out how to use it?
