Unhappy

ergh folic acid :(

Seems to make me really ill.. always at night time. Gives me a horrid stomach no matter what time of the day i take it

I don't know how to stop it from happening, i don't want to stop taking it to be honest just incase this month is my month.. I'll have to put up with it if I do get pregnant anyway, it makes me loose weight though

Just took my folic acid, so looking forward to another sleepless ill night.

Is it in tablet form that is making you ill? Perhaps instead of taking it in tablet form you could eat more foods that contain folic acid? So it is sort of more naturally added to your system?
I know my breakfast cereal has a good amount in it.

Boots do a vitamin that has folic acid and ginger in to try and settle the stomach, maybe try that?

Yep tablet form, it's pure evil on my stomach lol.
Apparently if your pregnant you wont get enough folic acid from food alone. I'm not pregnant yet so don't have to worry too much.

I had a really harsh headache last night. I'd rather have the headaches then the running back and forth to the loo all night though
