I've been taking normal Pregnacare, not the TTC one and I've been fine. I usually have a sensitive stomach for these kinda things but I haven't noticed any side effects

I take a nature made prenatal vitamin that has folic acid. It makes me nauseous if I take it on an empty stomach, but if I don't then it's completely fine.

Scientifically speaking, Folic Acid has no known side effects. Its far more likely to be the brand you are using than the FA itself.

And you can't get enough Folic Acid through food alone when you are pregnant. I would swap brands.

I normally take it after a meal and it doesn't matter what brand I take. BUT so far so good, i took a little break from taking folic acid and i've started it again a month later.... no bad stomach YET and no tummy cramps

Fingers crossed
