It has to be prescribed in Canada and the US. I am not sure about other places. They need to give the right dose and it has a lot of side effects for some ppl.

Hi - it has to be prescribed in the UK if you want it to be really effective. You can buy natural progesterone cream online, and I have heard some good stories about it but if you have very low progesterone, you are better getting it prescribed to you xxxx

I would only get it prescribed, have a 7dpo progesterone test if in doubt re yr levels. Too much prog can be as bad as too little. see your doc. x
