| Trying to conceive (TTC) Active BnB Member  Join Date: Jun 2009 Posts: 137 | Peas...Fertility Poison apparently! Hi All, As the title suggests, peas are our TTC enemies! I've been doing a bit of research around diet and fertility. I drink tons of tea and want to cut out caffeine...or at least reduce it. Anyway i came across loads of articles warning of the negative effect of eating peas! They contain a natural contraceptive chemical called m-xylohydroquinine which interferes with our hormone levels  so much evidence in fact that scientists are now trying to see how they can use peas as a contraceptive!.....and they looked so innocent!  |
