Had a faint BFP this morning so keeping my fingers crossed and just slowly asking more questions... already lost 2 this year tho so waiting as long as humanly possible and trying to think negative lol! However, when I was preggo I had that pulling twinge all over down in the uterus area. If you are preggo it doesn't necessarily mean an ectopic, it is simply your uterus stretching and growing.
