please help with temps??

hi im bit confused bwt bbt and implantation and that

i dont normally take my temps but i have in past and they still same now though before i ovulate my temps are 36.5 celius....the day i ovulated and the day after my temps is 37.5 celius.....after that it will go back to 37.0 celius....then 4dpo i got this red tiny spot on my toilet roll then nothing after, i ovulated on 18th nov but today im CD26 and my temp has dipped im resting and that but its 36.6 - 36.8 celius but my period not due for a minimon of 8 more days could this mean pregnancy?

I read that normally when your temp rises with OV that some womens temps stay elevated for the remainder of the pregnancy but that is not all women. Have you taken a test yet? You should be able to get a really good reading by the beginning next week. May even get a light positive by as early as tomorrow.

One temp means nothing, and its common to have luteal phase dips and not be pregnant, the same as you can go without a dip and be pregnant. Your temps can change from cycle to cycle too depending on the time of year etc, so without charting the whole way through they really mean nothing. Good luck to you hun, best to wait till af is overdue then do a hpt.
