BREAKTHROUGH BLEEDING??

HI JUST WONDERING IF SOMECOULD ANSWER A QUICK Q? GOT BFP ON WED THEN BFN ON THURS HAVENT TESTED SINCE BUT STARTED TO BLEED(SOME ONE HAS MENTIONED "BREAKTHROUGH BLEEDING"??) DOES ANY ONE KNOW WHAT THIS IS?? GOING TO DOCS ON WED
